While I was doing research on my own investigations in journalism I discovered one of the most powerful and influential investigative journalists of all time. This woman has worked and dedicated her life to serving the general public by providing the type of exposure that the public deserves. She has exposed corruption in financial and business matters for decades. Her name is Helane Morisson, and I found several articles about her work. I would like to take time during this post to share what I’ve found from Project Eve about her life and career.
About Helane Morrison’s Bold Career In Journalism And Law
Helane Morrison started her education in the field of journalism by getting her Bachelors degree in journalism from Northwest University in Illinois. This was the start of a budding career in journalism. She went on to attend law school at the University of California Berkeley School of Law. As she was attending law school there, Helane Actually continued to use the skills that she developed at Northwest University by working with the law review at the University of California Berkeley School of Law. She was actually the Editor in Chief of their law review, so she had the opportunity to bring her skills in journalism to their community. This was inspirational for me because I am still working in a university setting, so I am considering taking a similar route as Helane Morrison did by working with the paper at my university.
There are many ways that Helane Morrison went on to affect the world of journalism and the legal communities after she finished with her university life. I like to find about influential people like Helane Morrison because they lead such bold careers. She worked as a law clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals. She actually worked with a Supreme Court Justice while she was there.
Much of this information is published on Project Eve in a compelling article that is all about Helane Morrison’s life. She is currently still dedicated to the cause, and she worked with Hall Capital Partners LLC to help enrich the legal community with her skills in law and journalism. She also is a speaker on topics that surround legal issues and compliance issues. She is the Chief Compliance Officer and supports Hall Capital in other capacities as well. Governments around the world have put laws in place to protect the citizens in their country. Some laws that exist in one country may not exist in another country. For example, many individuals are surprised to learn that tanning beds are actually banned in the country of Brazil. Despite the fact that it is important for individuals to find out for themselves and then make decisions about what is harmful or good, governments that put these laws in place are usually putting them in place for the good of their people. Besides this law, there are few other laws that are unique to the country of Brazil.
One such law that is unique to the country of Brazil has to do with hunting. Since the year 1967, this has been banned as a profession. Indigenous people are legally able to hunt for subsistence, and there are some laws that regulate hunting for sport. As a profession though, this has been outlawed.
There are a variety of other laws in Brazil that many foreigners are surprised to find out about. For example, it is illegal to smoke in some public places. It is also illegal to gamble. What happens if a person visits a Brazil and they engage in some kind of illegal activity without knowing it?
The first thing they need to do is speak to a well-qualified lawyer. Taking the time to research lawyers who work in the country of Brazil is something that is important to do. As a person does this research, they are going to come across information about Ricardo Tosto de Oliveira Carvalho very quickly. He is one of the most well-known lawyers working in Brazil.
One of the main reasons why Ricardo Tosto de Oliveira Carvalho is so well-known throughout Brazil is because he is the founder of one of the largest legal firms. He is also well-known because of the large cases he has worked on, which include working with public figures, politicians, and large corporations. He is also known because of his high success rate.
Once an individual finds a lawyer who is qualified to work on their case, they want to make sure that they understand all of the fees that are involved. This means that they need to have a quote down in writing, explaining when certain fees need to be paid. If their lawyer does not speak English or if they do not speak Portuguese, they will need to cover the cost of an interpreter.
Managing business reputation can be difficult. With social media/business review sites like Facebook, Twitter, and Yelp, it’s easy for upset clients to complain. They’ll often bash the company that slighted them with legitimate (and illegitimate) claims. That’s why it’s important for businesses to take a proactive approach with their images. Take control of the situation before control is taken away.
The first step to prevent damage is self-promotion in several digital means. What’s also critical is having your own website to organize whatever is being sold. Looking like a legitimate company will help in promoting the product. Optimize this content to focus on relevant search terms. Anything that promotes your products will keep attention on positive rather than negative aspects. It’ll also help stay ahead of competition.
It’s important to remember the internet has taken away rights to privacy. By staying private, you’re making it easier for misperception to dominate the company’s image. The reputation of individuals within a company matter as well. The importance correlates with their rank in the organization. If you or someone in your business has a bad reputation, there are ways to fix it.
An example of an individual that turned his reputation around is Darius Fisher. Fisher is the president and cofounder of Status Labs, an online reputation management firm in Austin, Texas. Fisher gives clients a second chance to polish their search results and improve their digital image. Fisher also offers suggestions for clients to purge bad attention like googling oneself and removing unflattering data. He advocates buying your own domain name and creating a website placeholder page.
Darius Fisher helped polish the image of hundreds of clients through the rigorous methods Status Labs employs to clean up online reputations. With a past working as a political consultant and a current career of helping clients (including public figures, politicians, and executives), Fisher and his firm are definitely professionals in their field of doctoring controversial information floating around.
In addition to online hygiene, it’s good to think beyond business. Charities, hobbies, and interests create another element and assist in humanizing a company; however, it’s advisable to stray from topics that make the business seem biased. Politics for instance are a good way to drive customers away.
By controlling your digital reputation, the company will have insurance against inevitable negative reviews. Overwhelming these negative perspectives with positive content is a guaranteed way to neutralize and surpass this kind of attention.
Economists are outstanding experts who are well learned to forecast the economies of various sectors. They are equipped with vast knowledge to study the production and allocation of goods and services as well as the distribution of scarce resources such as land, labor and raw materials. They carry out comprehensive research, scrutinize and forecast market trends and in turn use the same analysis to apply in various fields such as the environment, health, and education. They are important in helping us understand diverse economic issues including unemployment levels, exchange rates, interest rates, inflation, and effects of taxes.
They are hard working individuals who mostly work full time and sometime work overtime to meet deadlines. They have organized work schedules where sometimes they are interrupted to attend conferences or meetings and special offers for data. They frequently work alone in an office but may be members of a research team. The government employs most of economists but some work for private sectors.
Among the most notable economists is Christian Broda, a prominent economist, and a financial planner. Over the years, Broda has made a lot of research that touches on issues dealing with macroeconomics, finance, and international trade. He is passionate about evaluating the economy as a whole. Most of his research is based on economic growth, inflation, and unemployment as well as studying monetary and fiscal policies. He focuses on historical trends of the entire economy and predicts future trends of the market.
Some of his research has been publicized in economic journals such as American Economic Review and the Journal of International Economics. He has also partnered with other economists in conducting research and making publications on their findings. He currently serves as the, managing director at Duquesne Capital Management and is a member editor of the Journal of Development Economics. He has vast knowledge in economics, and is honored to share it with the rest of the world such as offering lectures at the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. As an accurate researcher and adept speaker, he has had the chance to present his research analysis to universities and banks all over the world such as the Bank of Japan and IMF. His brilliant work has been acknowledged by the National Science Foundation (NSF) that offered to support his research.
Employment of economists has increased rapidly just like other professions as a result of transfer of workers to other occupations, retirement among other reasons. Employment opportunities are on the rise in private sectors, research and consulting firms. Demand for economists is at its peak due to increased convolution in the global economy and heightened reliance on qualitative techniques of predicting sales, planning purchases and scrutinizing business trends.

Few adults can resist a cup of coffee. And now that medical studies have revealed health benefits to coffee in certain amounts, as well as certain blends of tea, people around the globe are consuming these beverages in numbers like never before. It could well be a good time for a enterprising entrepreneur to go into the coffee distribution business. Certainly Bernardo Chua thinks so.
Who is Bernardo Chua
? He is the owner and founder of Organo Gold
, a company that manufacturers blends of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate which contain a herbal ingredient derived from Ganoderma lucidum, an Oriental fungus. While Western medicine has been unable to link health benefits to ganoderma, it has been used for thousands of years in Eastern medicine, where it’s been attributed to improving general good health and strengthening body systems.
A native of the Philippines, Bernardo Chua got his business start in that country working as an executive for Gano Excel, a company that marketed ganoderma derived products as health supplements. Under Bernardo Chua , Gano Excel’s market expanded into lucrative North American and Hong Kong markets. Bernardo Chua owned a coffee shop in Richmond, British Columbia in 2008, and in that year, decided to combine the public’s love of coffee with herbal supplements by introducing a new product line called Organo Gold. In addition to offering the novel approach of coffee as a health food, Bernardo Chua decided that the product line would be sold through direct marketing. Today, in addition to various blends of coffee, the Organo Gold line offers green tea, lattes, a non-hot beverage called Black Ice, and supplements in vitamin form, all containing ganoderma to varying degrees. While many sales come through direct online marketing, they can be sold through conventional retail marketers as well, and Chau offers seven different earnings opportunities for his distributers. Organo Gold’s projected figures for 2015 forecast more than a million global distributers and $800,000,000 in global revenue. Top company earners receive such perks as trips to South Africa and the Bahamas, plus opportunities to lease Mercedes Benz and other well-known luxury automobiles.
In addition to expanding Organo Gold product sales Bernardo Chua has created OG Cares, a charitable foundation that raises funds for underprivileged youth world wide. Its first United States fund raising effort will be with a ball and live and silent auctions in Los Angeles in August of 2015.
Twitter is currently buzzing about the teenage girl who arrived to her prom in an ambulance and woke up once she was kissed by her prince charming. In fact, her grand entrance has been retweeted over 7,000 times. Ashvonn Russell, a teenager living in the Bahamas had the unique idea to arrive to prom in an ambulance after she entered the “Best Entrance” contest. She had been racking her brain to think outside of the box to have the most creative prom entrance. When she told her date, Johnny Auguste what she had in mind he was on board immediately.
Russell took a lot of criticism for her creative idea and using an ambulance. Christian Broda (chicagobooth.edu) has learned that many local residents were not shy about posting their concerns. In fact, many residents were down right angry with how the ambulance was used. Many believe that it should not have been used for something so silly, especially if there was an emergency. Others were praising Russell for her creative idea.
When asked if she had any regrets using the ambulance after the backlash from residents, Russell claimed she had none. In fact, she said she was “proud of herself for having an original idea.” She has embraced her artistic spirit utilizing the ambulance for her grand entrance to prom. Russell said that she will continue to be inspired by her creativity as she progresses through life. When asked how she obtained the ambulance, Russell declined to comment.
We all love it when Lil Wayne comes out with new music. He always makes a couple of good songs here and there even if he’s not releasing an album at the time. Well this time, Wayne released a video of his new song from his latest album released in January ‘Sorry For The Wait 2’ called “HollyWeezy”.
Wayne is currently working on his new album ‘The Free Weezy Album’, but there are no dates set yet on when the album will be released with all the legal troubles surrounding Lil Wayne and Birdman, and nothing being resolved so far.
We don’t know if any of Weezy’s new music is going to be directed towards Birdman and Cash Money records or not, but we definitely know that Wayne had the biggest impact on the record label, and without him, they would just be another label. Fans like Jason Halpern (therealdeal.com) know that Drake and Nicki have very tight relationships with Wayne and probably signed to the label in the first place because of him. It is amazing seeing all of them work together in the studio, especially Wayne and Drake.
In the latest video released of the song “HollyWeezy”, Wayne is rapping in Los Angeles in what appears to be a dark background. The scenery changes a lot and it shows images of many scenic places including the Hollywood sign, and other photos that would presumably have something to do with fame and his life.
A man in Birmingham is bringing the comic book hero “Spider Man” to life by going around and delivering the food in costume.
According to an article found on Buzzfeed News, the man is only 20 years old and is employed at a local pub. Although he wouldn’t give the news reporters his name so that he can keep his anonymity, he has said that he has always gone around feeding the homeless and poor people on the streets, but decided it would make them smile to see “Spider Man” doing the job for them. He told BBC reporters that he goes out of his way to buy the food with his own money and will not be accepting donations. Maybe the reason for that he is he feels bad asking people for favors too, but hopefully someday “Spider Man” will be open to allowing others to help him on his goal to help the needy.
Dan Newlin agrees that it must be quite a sight to be walking down the streets of Birmingham and see Spider Man in action, and I am sure that over time he will be spotted by others and this will make top news on the internet. For those who wish to follow the local hero, he can be found on both Twitter and Instagram under the name “BirminghamSpiderman” to see what he is up to and what adventures he goes on in the future.
As Marvel and DC Comics establish their universes on screen, there are going to be comparisons. The boss of Warner Bros states that there is no need for any worries about superhero fatigue. The movies put out by DC comics are going to be edgier and more grounded in reality than the ones put out by Marvel.
Another thing to note with the difference between the DCCU and the MCU is that Warner Bros and DC has pretty much every one of the characters in the comics. Marcio Alaor BMG knows that this makes it easier to adapt stories featuring multiple DC comics characters. However, Marvel characters are scattered, which makes it harder to do films featuring all of the characters. Spider-Man was still with Sony as a film franchise until a recent partnership allowed the web slinger to be in the same universe as The Avengers. X-Men are still with Fox.
The fact that Marvel is owned by Disney also makes it a little less likely for Marvel to bring out grittier and edgier stories. However, the comic books put out by Marvel have some gritty images that if they were put in films, they would warrant an NC-17 rating, let alone an R rating. Certain characters are getting edgier films such as The Fantastic Four. However, for the most part, DC films are going to have an edgier appeal.
